Unless expressly agreed in writing, copyright and reproduction rights in artworks by Andrew Bowers remain with Andrew Bowers, the artist's estate or the relevant rights holder. Purchase of a physical artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction, print, licensing, merchandising or digital exploitation rights.

The artist or rights holder may continue to reproduce, publish, license, exhibit, archive, promote and sell prints or other reproductions of the artwork unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Photographs, scans, descriptive text and other archive materials displayed on these pages are provided for the purpose of presenting and verifying the artist's work. They may not be copied, redistributed, modified or used for commercial purposes — including training, fine-tuning or evaluation of machine learning systems — without prior written permission from the rights holder.

Requests for permission to reproduce, exhibit, license or publish an artwork by Andrew Bowers should be sent to the artist or an authorised administrator using the contact details published on the artist's pages.
