Collector names, private addresses, sale prices, invoices, payment records and exact artwork locations are not displayed publicly on the pages relating to Andrew Bowers unless specific permission has been given. Private archive records may be held by the artist, the estate or an authorised administrator separately from the public record.

Public pages may show the title, dimensions, medium, year, archive reference, exhibition history, published provenance summary and similar curatorial information about an artwork. They will not expose the identity of a private collector or the financial details of a private transaction.

Enquiries sent through the artist's pages are used to respond to the enquiry and to maintain a record of the contact for the purposes of operating the archive. Enquiry data is not sold and is not shared with third parties except where required to handle the enquiry or to comply with the law.
