Resale Rights Notice

Qualifying future resales of artworks by Andrew Bowers may be subject to Artist's Resale Right or an equivalent resale royalty under the law of the jurisdiction in which the resale takes place. Where Artist's Resale Right or an equivalent applies, the royalty is typically administered through the relevant national collecting society. The royalty is separate from, and does not affect, the agreed sale price between buyer and seller.

Evidence of resale details and resale-right compliance — such as a sale invoice, transfer document or collecting society reference — may be required before a resale or transfer is added as a verified provenance entry on the artist's archive.
